We’re excited to announce a new update to our intake process that makes it easier than ever for Case Managers, Social Workers, and Client Advocates to submit service requests on behalf of the individuals and families they support.
As part of our ongoing mission to streamline, organize, and manage the growing number of service requests, we’ve now layered this capability into the existing intake form. In the section where family members and caretakers select their relationship to the service recipient, you’ll now see “Case Manager / Advocate” as an available option.
Key Highlights of This Update:

Submit on Behalf of Clients: Case managers can now complete the intake form directly for clients in need.

Personal Dashboard Access: Upon login, case managers will have access to a dashboard where they can manage and track multiple client submissions in one place.

Stay in the Loop: All status updates and communications for each request will be sent to the case manager’s email address for centralized follow-up and coordination.

Easier Referrals: This feature makes it simple to refer our services as a trusted resource within your network or agency.
