What Improved
Approved volunteers who commit to a request can now reach the neighbor directly through the platform’s protected calling and messaging — no more waiting on a manual hand-off — while everyone’s personal contact information stays private. Sensible daily limits and quiet-hours protections keep it safe for both sides.
