Request Follow-Up Text Program
I Want To Mow Your Lawn Inc. (“we”) sends transactional text messages about individual lawn-help service requests. Messages may include a request for 1-3 optional current photos of the property area needing help, a request to resend an attachment we couldn’t read, a notice that a photo request has closed, or limited communication necessary to process your request.
How you opt in
Consent is collected individually for each service request. When you speak with our team by phone about a request, a team member reads a fixed disclosure describing the program — its purpose, the typical message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out or get help — and records your yes-or-no answer before any text is sent. We may offer additional opt-in options over time (such as an automated phone menu or a website checkbox); each will present the same disclosures. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a request, being considered for assistance, or receiving services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is typically 1-3 messages per service request, plus replies you initiate or necessary responses to those replies.
Fees and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out you may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of texts does not cancel your underlying request for assistance.

Photos
Sending photos is optional and does not guarantee service. Please avoid including people or private documents in photos. See “Photos submitted by text” in our Privacy Policy for how photos are stored, used, and deleted.
