What We Offer

What a Partnership Looks Like

Three structured engagement paths. Most institutions start with one, then layer in the others.

🏡

Service Days in Your Community

We coordinate structured volunteer yard work in partnership with your office. Students sign up, we handle logistics, you receive verified hours.

💻

Skills-Based Roles for Your Students

Marketing, data, research, grant writing, web dev, UX. Real roles with real stakeholders. Perfect for online programs, remote semesters, and class projects.

🏫

Campus Chapter Model Coming Soon

We’re piloting a campus chapter framework for student organizations that want to make IWTMYL their ongoing service partner. Interested in being a founding chapter? Mention it in the inquiry form.

How It Starts

How a Partnership Begins

1

Tell us about your institution

Fill out the inquiry form below. Share your role, your office, and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

2

15-minute intro call

We schedule a brief call to understand your goals, your students’ context, and which engagement path fits best.

3

Propose a pilot

We propose a pilot — typically one Service Day or one skills-based engagement — with no cost and no commitment beyond the pilot. If it works, we scale from there.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a formal MOU or contract?
Not for pilots. For ongoing partnerships, we work with your legal or risk office as needed.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes, on request. IWTMYL carries general liability ($1M/$2M), property damage ($500K), and volunteer accident coverage ($1M) through Nonprofits Insurance Alliance.
Do IWTMYL volunteers undergo background checks?
Yes, for all recurring volunteer roles. Service Day one-time participants are supervised by vetted staff.
How are service hours verified?
We provide a signed verification letter or CSV export within 24 hours of a logged contribution. Custom formats (MobileServe, GivePulse, Campus Labs) available on request.
Is this FERPA-compliant?
We do not ingest student records. Students self-identify to us; we report back to your office in formats you specify. There is no cross-institutional data sharing.
What if my institution is online-only or geographically distant from your service areas?
Skills-Based roles and Spread-the-Word work from anywhere. Service Days expand as volunteer density in a region grows.
Can we list IWTMYL Service Days on our Handshake or GivePulse instance?
Yes. We can provide event copy and assets for your internal listings platform.
