COMMON QUESTIONS
Can’t sign in?
Enter the email address associated with your approved volunteer
account. Access is granted automatically — no password needed.
If you don’t have an approved account yet, tap the sign-up link
in the app to apply.
Leaf Blower not unlocking after purchase?
Open the Dashboard tab and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue
persists, email us with your Apple ID and we’ll help.
Lost your streak?
Daily puzzles reset at midnight. Streaks are stored locally on
your device — uninstalling the app will clear your streak.
Found a bug?
Email us a description of what happened and what device you’re
using. Screenshots are helpful.
