3. Our team reviews the documentation and verifies the veteran's service record.
4. Verified veterans receive priority matching with available volunteers in their area.

• We never share exact disability ratings publicly. Volunteers see badge tiers, not percentages.
• Verification data helps us prioritize service and report impact — never to judge.
• Veterans always control what they share. Disability information is completely optional.
• All uploaded documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized team members.
